Artist's Description

A scene inspired by the 1996 film The Ghost and the Darkness. which was based on the true story of two man-eating lions who had terrorized Tsavo, Kenya in 1898.

They were reputed to have killed over 120 people. But it's the fact the two man-eaters worked together that make their story, most extraordinary.

(The bodies of the Tsavo Man-Eaters remain on display in the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, Illinois.)

About Dale Loos Jr

Dale Loos Jr

Dale Loos Jr. has been a successful artist for over 35 years. He's been drawing since he was 5 years old.
